East End of Rundle Hike and Scrambling the Mountain in Canmore, Alberta

    Starting from the parking lot, you’ll immediately begin climbing uphill. There are hardly any flat sections on this trail, so be prepared for a steep and challenging hike. But as you make your way up, you’ll be rewarded with incredible views of Canmore, the Bow Valley, and Ha Ling Peak.

    If you’re up for a real challenge, try scrambling up the last section to the summit. This is a more difficult route that requires some basic rock climbing skills, but the views from the top are even more breathtaking.
