    Growth and How it Changes Us for the Better throughout the Years

    If you’re like most people, you probably take a trip down memory lane every now and again. You look at old photos and think about how much you’ve changed over the years.

    For some people, this can be a source of anxiety or even depression. They focus on all the physical changes they’ve undergone and compare themselves to their younger selves.

    This is particularly true when it comes to our weight or appearance. We often fixate on how much we weighed 10 years ago and compare it to our current weight. Or, we look at pictures from 10 years ago and compare our bodies to how they look now.

    While it’s important to be healthy and happy with our physical appearance, fixating on the past can be detrimental to our mental health.

    Instead of dwelling on how much we’ve changed physically, we should focus on how much we’ve grown internally over the last 10 years. Think about all the things you’ve accomplished and the person you’ve become.

    You may not look exactly the same as you did 10 years ago, but that’s okay! You’re so much more than just your physical appearance. Embrace the changes you’ve gone through, both physically and mentally, and be proud of how far you’ve come.
