Do you ever have the moments where you are alone, maybe with your pooch like I am with my Frenchy named Aristotle (Ari) – and all of a sudden you smile from within? I like to call it a term ‘Inner Smile’.
It’s when you smile because something in its simplest form just made you at peace from within – it’s a hair tingling feeling that is euphoric. I seem to be feeling those now more than ever and it truly is a blessing to count those moments in life as wins that’s for sure.
Most of us go through life chasing after things that we think will make us happy. Nourish your body with healthy food and movement. And surround yourself with people and things that make you feel good. By making peace a priority in your life, you’ll start to see the world around you in a whole new light.
