We often attract emptiness when we find someone in our loneliness. This is because we are seeking attention and validation from others instead of finding it within ourselves.

It can also be helpful to remember that everyone makes mistakes. No one is perfect. So, if you make a mistake, don’t beat yourself up over it. Just learn from it and move on.
